Slow Flow Yoga requires prior sign up due to limited space.

Chair Yoga

Enjoy a fully accessible yoga practice where we do everything you would in a traditional class — just without getting down on the floor. Using two chairs for seated poses and balance support, this welcoming class is open to all — no sign-up needed, just show up!

Slow Flow Yoga

Slow Flow Yoga links breath with intentional movement, flowing at a steady, unhurried pace to build strength, stability, and awareness. This class includes transitions from standing to the floor and poses on the knees, with props available for comfort and support.

Yoga Events

I offer special yoga events like Candlelight Yoga and Yin Yoga — thoughtfully designed to help you slow down, unwind, and reset in a warm, calming atmosphere. Keep an eye on the calendar for upcoming events
